Kurt most recently was CEO of a publicly traded staffing firm, where he assembled a best of class leadership team, which achieved industry low employee turnover while growing sales organically from $20 million to $145 million over 15 years. He has more than 25 years in the staffing industry, beginning as an entry level staffing supervisor and holding various operational, sales, and sales management positions.
Tara has over 10 years of successful leadership and management experience. Most recently, she was a National Accounts executive for a Life Sciences staffing provider, where she was a proven innovator in customer solutions and candidate source development. Her success as a leader and mentor helped to create high performance teams that achieved results. She is a graduate of Purdue University and is an active member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering.
Prior to joining TalentWRx, Chris developed the Baltimore/DC Metro markets for two leading staffing providers before founding and managing Artemis Staffing, a specialty full service contract recruiting firm also servicing the DC Metro market. He has over 20 years of experience working in various technical fields and has spent the past 10 years in the technical staffing sector. Chris has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Organization Psychology from Towson University.
Before joining TalentWRx, Jeff led the life sciences engineering practice for a southeast staffing concern. For 4 years prior, he was an engineering division leader for a national life sciences staffing firm. In his over 13 year’s technical staffing industry experience, he has opened new markets, successfully built branch teams, and ran quality operations. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration, with a Human Resources Specialization, from the University of Central Florida.
Jay brings 8 years of talent acquisition process experience in engineering and life sciences. He began his industry career as a senior technician for a leading engineering firm. He went on to develop programs with a national talent acquisition company. Jay has successfully created and led recruiting efforts and programs that meet the demanding needs of the life sciences industry. Jay has a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
